2026 Sprinkler Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Pure Irrigation (“Sponsor”), 9525 S 560 W, Sandy, UT 84070.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the State of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside within the Sponsor's service area. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway is open now and all entries must be received by October 15, 2026 (11:59 PM MT). Entries submitted outside the entry period will not be eligible. The random drawing will take place on October 16, 2026 (MT).

4. How to Enter

Complete the official entry form with accurate contact information. Limit one (1) base entry per household. Entrants may earn additional entries through the referral program (see Section 5).

5. Referrals

After entering, each entrant receives a unique referral link. When a new, eligible person completes a valid entry using that link, the referring entrant earns one (1) additional entry. Sharing a link without a resulting valid entry earns nothing. Self-referrals, duplicate entries, and entries determined to be fraudulent do not count.

6. Prizes

10 winners will be selected: one (1) grand-prize winner will receive a Free Year of Sprinkler Maintenance (approximate retail value $375), and 9 winners will each receive a Free Sprinkler Winterization(approximate retail value $149 each). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,716. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on October 16, 2026 (MT), weighted by each entrant's total number of entries. Winners will be notified by phone call and text message, and/or email, using the contact information provided at entry. Prizes must be redeemed within the Sponsor's service area.

8. Privacy & Contact Consent

Information collected is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Because winners are announced and coordinated by phone and text, entrants must consent to be contacted by the Sponsor as part of entry.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
