A Start-Up or Tune-Up ($149) is a whole-system overview instead. It is the right choice when you just want peace of mind that everything is working, or you suspect there might be an issue but do not know what or where. We walk the entire system, run every zone, and flag anything that needs attention. If that walkthrough turns up a repair, you already have a technician on-site to quote it.

Maintenance plan members skip the service fee entirely, and all repairs are backed by a five-year parts and labor warranty on a plan.
